Grant Access For Bookings

Learn how to grant Kisi access for bookings

You can automatically give users access to your facilities for their booking time.

All you need to do is choose what access group you want to assign to that facility for it’s bookings. When the user has a booking, they will get access based on the access group for that facility.

  1. Go to Settings > Setup > Facilities in Gymflow

  2. Create a new facility or edit an existing one

  3. Turn on Grant Access and choose the Access Group

  4. Save the changes

Remember to set up your Access Groups in Kisi first, so you can select what type of access each booking has.

When a user has a booking, access will automatically be granted based on the timing you configure for that facility. You can choose to grant access at the start time, or 5, 10, or 15 minutes before. Set this under "When should access be for a booking" when creating or editing a facility in Settings > Setup > Facilities.
