Use your personal booking link to promote the classes you're hosting.

Each staff member gets a branded booking page showing only the classes they host. Share it to promote their classes.

What Is A Staff Booking Link?

A public page with that staff member's upcoming classes. Anyone can open it in a browser to book or buy a class, without downloading the members app. It's a great way for trainers to promote their classes to their own community.

Get A Staff Booking Link

  1. Go to Settings > Setup > Staff.

  2. Click Copy Link next to the staff member.

You need the Owner role to get booking links. If a trainer doesn't have it, someone who does can copy the link and share it with them.
