Understand What Website Pages/Sections Are Available

These are the pages you can link to or embed, listed under Settings > Customizations > Links & embeds.

When you create your products and services you will have the option to make them available online. Only memberships, credit packs, products, classes and appointments that have been made available online will show on your website pages and links.

Shows all memberships, grouped into tabs for recurring, pre-paid and trials. Note that if you have no memberships in a certain category, the tab will not be displayed automatically to improve browsing experience.

Shows all credit packs grouped into tabs for classes and appointments. Note that if you have no credit packs in a certain category the tab will not be displayed automatically to improve browsing experience.

Shows all products that have On Web enabled as a browsable shop. Customers can browse and add items to their cart without signing in, then sign in or create an account at checkout. Member prices are applied automatically once a member signs in. After checkout the customer sees an order confirmation and can track their order in My Orders. Turn this page on in your menu from Settings > Customizations > Navigation. See Sell Products on Your Website & Members App for full setup.

Shows all appointments available for booking. Create them in Settings > Setup > Appointments. They show on this page once they're made available online.

Shows all upcoming classes in a vertical list from the one starting soonest. Best for mobile view and also for schedules that dont have classes scheduled everyday.

Shows all upcoming classes in a horizontal list by day, starting today. It shows as many days as fit on the customer's screen.

Allows anyone to express their interest - anyone that fills out this form will land in your Leads page in Gymflow with the status "New Lead". People that complete this form do not have an account yet.

Allows anyone to register for an account, during which they will be required to agree to your clubs waiver and terms. Users that complete this form will show in your Lead pages as a "New Lead" and will have an associated account.
