Utilise payment links to get users to the checkout faster and convert more sales.

What Are Purchase Links?

A purchase link opens a branded page for one membership, credit pack or product, so the customer goes straight to checkout. They can create an account during checkout if they don't have one.

When To Use Them

Use a purchase link when you've already talked to someone about a specific option and they're ready to buy. They're also handy in emails and texts promoting one offer, so people land on it instead of browsing everything.

Get A Purchase Link

  1. Go to Settings > Setup, then Memberships, Credits or Products.

  2. Find the item you want to sell. For memberships and products, click the three dots, then Copy Link. For credit packs, click Copy Link.

  3. Paste the link into your message, email or website button.

The item must be available online to have a link. For memberships turn on Available On Web, and for credit packs and products turn on On Web. Otherwise Copy Link is greyed out.
