How to grant members access:

Once your PDK account has been integrated with Gymflow and your access groups have been created simply follow these steps:

  1. In Gymflow Navigate to Settings > Memberships

  2. Create or Edit a membership

  3. Select the Access section of the membership

  4. Select the access group you want assigned for this membership

How it works:

Gymflow automatically assigns access groups to the purchasing member, provided their membership is “Active” they will be able to open any doors associated with this group via the Gymflow members app.

When the membership status changes to anything other than “Active” e.g Overdue, Paused, Cancelled the access will be automatically revoked.
