How to grant access for bookings:

Once your PDK account has been integrated with Gymflow and your access groups have been created simply follow these steps:

  1. In Gymflow Navigate to Settings > Facilities

  2. Create or Edit a Facility

  3. Select the access group you want assigned for this Facility

How it works:

Gymflow automatically assigns access groups to the user that books a class or appointment at the facility. The access group is assigned 15 minutes prior to the start time of the class or appointment.

They user will be able to open the doors associated with the group until the class or appointment has been finished at which point they will be removed from the access group.
