Every profile has a set of notification preferences which control whether they will receive promotional emails, SMS messages and in-app push notifications.
These are set by the user themselves when they sign up. Users can also edit these at any time in the Members app.
Staff can also change these preferences on a user behalf using the instructions below.
How to change a profiles notification preferences:
To change a user's notification preferences:
Search for the user and click to view their profile
Scroll down to the Notifications section.
Toggle the options on or off as desired (changes are saved automatically).
If the user has profiles in multiple clubs the changes will only apply to the club you changed them at.

Club owners have the option to automatically opt users in to receive marketing emails or SMS. Refer to this guide to learn how to set it up.
