How credit deductions work

Learn about cases when credits are deducted from your credit pack and when you can get them back.

When you book a class or appointment, the credit (or credits- depending on your club’s setup) is taken from your pack immediately. Whether you get it back depends on your club’s rules:

  • Cancel on time: If you cancel within your club’s regular cancellation window, you get your credit back automatically.

  • Cancel late: If you cancel late (not within your club’s regular cancellation window) you don’t get your credit back. Your club might also charge a late cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: If you don't cancel and don't show up, you don't get your credit back. Additionally, the club may charge you a no-show fee.

Cancellation windows and no-show fees are set by each individual club, not by the app. To find out the specific rules for your club:

  • Check the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) of your credit pack.

  • Contact your club directly to ask about their specific policy.
