Understand the different membership options possible.

In Gymflow you can create three types of membership, each with its own set of customisations so that you can design the perfect membership offering for your business.

Membership Types

Recurring:

Bills ongoing until cancelled, paused or becomes overdue, e.g a monthly membership that bills every month. Payment is taken automatically every time the membership is renewed until the membership is cancelled.

Pre-Paid:

Bill once and expire at the end of the specified period, e.g a 1-day pass or a 6 month pass. Pre-paid memberships will not auto-renew and the user will need to by another membership after the expiry date in order to continuing to access the gym.

Trials:

Similarly to pre-paid memberships in that they bill once and expire at the end of a specified period, e.g. a day or a week. But when sold they create a lead with a status of "Trial" in your lead pipeline for follow up.

IMPORTANT: By default memberships do not include booking rights. If you want membership holders to be able to book classes or appointments you need to first understand how credit packs work.
